What we receive

When you request a quote, call, email, message us on WhatsApp or write to our virtual assistant, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone, email, city or ZIP code, a description of the job, photos you send, and your preferred day and time for a visit or call.

We don't ask for payment details on this website.

Our virtual assistant (AI)

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. To reply, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them on our behalf. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

If you ask to be contacted, the details you give the assistant are saved in our office system and on our work calendar so a team member can follow up. The conversation itself stays in your browser only for the current session.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, schedule calls and visits, prepare quotes, do the work, follow up and keep business records. We don't sell your information and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, only as needed to serve you: our website host and form processing (Netlify), our AI provider (Anthropic), our email and calendar tools (Google), and messaging you choose to use (WhatsApp).

Map views on this site are provided by Google Maps and may set Google's own cookies. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations. Ask us and we'll delete what we no longer need.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards. Our office system is password-protected and limited to our staff.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time: manderollingdoor@gmail.com or (973) 246-1488. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights; we'll honor requests as those laws require.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps your assistant conversation in your browser's session storage so it survives a page change, and clears it when you close the tab.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we'll update it here with a new date.
